Our team is funded by donations from community members and by our members. Your generosity helps us serve our community and allows team members to spend their money on training and response. Donations will be used to purchase team equipment and help with general operating expenses. All donations are tax exempt. AASAR is always looking for new members that are eager, community-minded team players that enjoy the outdoors and learning new skills. If you are interested in learning more about search and rescue, team membership, or canine training, please contact us and consider joining us to observe one of our training sessions. Training Areas

Because of the variable nature of our deployments, it is essential to our team members and our canines that we train in a variety of locations. If you have rural property (at least 50 acres), buildings (abandoned or occupied), piles of rubble or concrete, lakes, creeks or rivers in the San Antonio area that our responders may be able use for training, send us an email at info@alamoareasar.org.
